Island Treasure is a fully renovated beach house sitting about 125 yards away from a private beach/ocean access in Nags Head, North Carolina. The beautiful three-story Outer Banks (OBX) beach house provides space for the entire crew to spread out and enjoy all the luxury amenities Island Treasure offers, ensuring your group has an amazing, relaxing, stress-free vacation. A private fenced-in heated saltwater pool and hot tub are surrounded by extra space for everyone to relax and soak up the sun. The open floor plan of the top level allows for ocean views while you eat, cook, or relax in front of the fireplace or in the raised ship watch area. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and kitchenware you need to create an amazing meal or warm up some of the best local food the Outer Banks has to offer. The kids (and adults) will love the arcade games and foosball on the first floor. The house also has other games, puzzles, and books to make for a fun vacation. If you love ice cream, the house is sandwiched between two ice cream shops, each less than a minute walk in either direction.

Complete renovations in 2025 added a custom walk-in shower with two rain heads, massive vanities in all bathrooms, an arcade, and more. Slow down with one of the provided books or puzzles, or for those seeking fun and excitement, the home features a theater and game room with an 85" ROKU HD TV and stadium-style leather reclining seats, a variety of arcades (Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Golden Tee Golf), a pool table, an air hockey table, and a card table with poker chips. There are even kayaks and a paddleboard, a basketball hoop, cornhole, and plenty of space to enjoy some fun outdoors!
